If anything is unclear we will be delighted to answer any questions you may have. | Age: | Students must be at least 18 years of age before their course at Success College begins. | | Course Fees: | Course fees are payable in advance by bank transfer to Success College bank account or by any of the major Credit Cards. | | Registration Fee: | Registration fee is non-refundable, amount included in total course fee. However in the event that your study visa application is unsuccessful and the student provides the college with the original ‘Refusal Letter’ issued by the Irish consulate, all fees will be refunded less the registration fee of €350. | | Bank Charges: | Students must pay all bank charges due when paying fees to Success College by Bank transfer. Success College must receive a copy of the bank transfer document. | | Illness: | In the case of illness requiring medical attention or other exceptional circumstance the student may request that their course be postponed to a later date. Medical certificate will be required. | | Attendance: | Teachers keep a daily record of attendance for each student. Students requiring a report for visa purposes must request a report at least seven days in advance. These reports will be sent directly to the visa office. Oversea students on a student visa are required to attend a full-time course of minimum of 15 hours per week. | | General: | - Students must not behavior in any way that puts other students and staff at risk or danger, as that could attract disciplinary actions by the college. - The College reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if there is insufficient demand. - The college reserves the right to change the times of the courses, and to make changes in regulations, syllabus or fees without prior notice. - Students must abide by the immigration rules as the college will not facilitate students in breach of the law. - The course fees are non-refundable where classes for whatever reason are not attended. - Course fees will only be refunded if courses for some reason should fail to form. | | Public Holidays: | The school is closed on public holidays. No classes take place on those days. There is no reduction in fees when a course includes a public holiday and classes are not replaced. | | Residence: | Residence is based on 7 nights. Extra nights are charged at an extra night rate. Apartments are shared, and No overnight guests allowed. Single occupancy is available on request. | | Accommodation: | Booking for self-catering accommodation is free, but €50 registration fee is charged for host family accommodation. Students must advise the college of their arrival date and time. Students who did not book for airport collection will expected at their accommodation within two hours after their arrival or they will have to inform the college if they will arrive at the accommodation later than two hours to ensure someone waits for them at the accommodation. | | Change of dates: | No change of dates is normally permitted after a course has started. | | Airport Collection: | Airport collection fee is €50 | | Disputes: | Disputes must first be brought to the attention of the school. Success College will always seek to resolve disputes in a fair and ethical manner. Where, after Success College dispute procedure has been exhausted, a dispute has not been resolved Success College will follow the Dispute Resolution Procedure in accordance with the law. |
